And also under European protection according to its Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of June 14, 2017, on the European Union trademark (Text pertinent for EEA purposes. )
Return policy:

All our Lingerie, and Men's and Women's Underwear, do not allow returns. (Panties, bras, tops, boxers, etc.) and all line of underwear, returns are NOT allowed for health and hygiene reasons.

All other Products and articles for external use may be returned within a period of less than 14 days, assuming the customer the return costs. (Post services).

The products to be returned by the customer must be in perfect condition, with their proper labels, and if possible, in their original packaging, without showing signs of having been used.

When requesting a return, the customer must attach a copy of the original invoice, where the product to be returned appears.

The amount of the return will be effective within a maximum period of 7 business days, once the item has been received, in perfect condition, and with its original labels.

The amount of the refund will be made using the same payment system by the client, or when this is not possible, it will be made by means of bank transfer, once the client has sent the information for it (IBAN).

Items purchased on offers or discounts on the website do not allow returns or exchanges, except for a mere factory defect, which must be duly supported.
